I had an appointment to have an Oil/Filter/Lube service done to my S15 GMC truck. Only hours after having this service "done", I was inspecting my brake pads and noticed that many of the grease fitting had never been touched. I contacted manager and had to take vehicle back to have paid for service completed. After returning home after "service", I inspected fittings again and still not all were seviced.
I once agin contacted store manager as well as sending email to CTC head office, and both said they would investigate and get back to me. Over two weeks have passed and there has not been any further contact from either.
