I made a purchase of two items on line and was provided a receipt that was sent to my email. When I found that my credit card was charged in excess to the amount I agreed to, I notified their customer service department. They told me that it was due to my living in Canada. However I was originally charged $10 and then $25 for a 1lb item and it was sent from Canada! The other item I ordered had increased in price from $25 to $35 but when it arrived, the postage indicated only $25! When I told their rep my situation, he told me this time the charges were for taxes and handling. I said fine then please provide me with a receipt. I am still waiting. The loss was minimal, about $25 but it has left me with a bad taste about doing business with this company. When I discovered the large amount of negative experiences others had, I felt I should try to warn others about this company's way of dealing with its customers.
