Unable to reach on the phone

I was trying your phone number 416 221 4744 to find out whether I could use my points to buy tickets for myself and my wife, and for the shortage whether I could buy the p oints. To find this out, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes, and there was nobody to let me know. I also want to let you know that my points expire on the 30th June 2011. Kindly let me know.
