I had a oil change and tire rotation service done on July 2 2010. The mechanic forgot to tighten all the lug nuts up on every tire on my truck.
Sure enough a tire came off as I was driving on the highway.
Now the owner - Steve Turner will not pay for the necessary repairs.
Nor will he supply a courtesy car!
He feels because the truck is safe I should drive it away and let this situation die off.
