Maximum Burn Extreme
I have never been so frustrated in communicating with customer reps or their suppervisors or simply getting what I ordered. Not to mention not getting the 14 day trial AND being charged for it, also being told I would get a special discount which I never got, charged double for a product I have not received... Could not even speak to someone in authority (because I was told that he doesn't take customer phone calls) who could simply give me a refund for a product not even received, only to give me the same response of getting a discounted price that I was promised the first time only to get charged full price TWICE. I will be calling or reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. We are talking over $190 of product not received!!! Which they then put me on hold and never bothered to come back while I waited a good 15 min. (which is what they suggested the waiting time would be)
