Fraudulent billing

I have been through the system to cancel my Trans union free credit score and have been billed quarterly. After several attempts through their prompted telephone system

they have been of no assistance and the phone gets cut in many attempts. I am furious that a Credit Reporting company used by most banks and financial institutions is in fact an accomplice in this SCAM.Our system is all Scammers and they are all accomplices. I am forced to cancel my credit card. BRAVO TRANS UNION!!
