I received much the same information as the precious report; I was sent a check and told that I had won a prize of $82, 000 dollars in the International Publishers Sweepstakes.

The check for $2, 890.00 was supposed to cover Administrative and clearance fees. "Before cashing the enclosed check, please contact Ms. Jennifer Maxwell your account representative at telephone # 1-778-316-9153."

This letter looks quite professional. however, I was suspicious that the check drew on a bank other than Trans Credit Financial or the International Publishers Sweepstakes. It was drawn on Pittsburg Steel and Mfg. Co. Inc. When I called the phone number on the check. I was greeted, and then hung up on.

Smells like a scam to me!
