Failure to reimburse
I contacted the company to find out how they could help us with our debt. After a lengthy conversation with the person I dealt with, I had the contract e-mailed to me. He then walked me through it and had me sign electronically, which at first I was loathe to do. He then explained I had 3 business days to review the contract and could cancel within that time period. After talking to him, I decided to check the company on the Better Business Bureau's website. The company was not a member and still had a very bad rating. As I looked further on the Internet, I discovered more complaints. I e-mailed their cancellation e-mail address before Monday and on Monday scanned and e-mailed the cancellation form. But come Tuesday am, they withdrew the money from our account. I have e-mailed them to get my money back and have heard nothing from them. I guess my next step is to go into my bank and stop them from making withdrawels.
