I am getting VERY ANNOYED l sent books back in JULY by PURAOLATER 2908 672 1370 l have written, called, sent copy of my reciept l was told head office would call me. The only mail l have had from you is saying l would not receive any more junk mail as l call it. My cheque was 118 for$33.56 plus mailingof $16 78 WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET IT BACK You always say return if you do not want the books. l am a widow now and can not afford to having money owed when l have expences.
