I'm a 51 y/o woman that gets a monthly check, i got a phone call from this lady saying she received my name from a credit card that i applied online to and says that the first capitol is a credit card company that helps restore bad card or no credit at all. All they needed was $199 and I gave her a check over the phone and she told me to pretend that check never existed and that I would get my credit card in 2 weeks *working days only*, Well i was browsing around on the web and I find this, So many complaints about them, I called them to ask and they said they aren't a fraud and that another credit card company was going around using their name and what-not, and it seems like only 2-3 people answer all the phones, they have about 6 different numbers, and when you go to them about a complaint or to ask them a question they tell you to call customer service, But the message box is always full and when you do leave one they never call you back. When i told them about them being a rip-off and how many complaints there is about them on the web they get nasty and yell and then hang up. So please watch out for these people, they are RIP-OFF'S!!! georgiannapoughkeepsie, New York
