First Capital of Toronto contacted me and offered me both a Visa and Mastercard each with limits of approx. $2000. All I had to do was pay a one time fee of $199.After not being able to contact them through the bogus customer service number they gave me (416-488-4664), I became nervous. I researched First Capital on the internet, where I found your consumer complaintss and realized that this was a scam. I immediatley went to my bank to try and stop the electronic debit from my account, but only to have it go through 2 days later. This has totally screwed up my account and I cannot afford to have $199 taken from my account. Rip off report may be my only hope of getting my money back! ChristinePittsburgh, Pennsylvania
