Bogus sweepstakes winning referencing Fidelity International and Heineken promotions

I received a letter notifying me that I had been randomly selected as a winner in the sweepstakes held in the UK by Fidelity International and Heineken Promotions. I won $250, 000. They included a check in the amount of $4775.00 drawn on Sun National Bank to deposit and pay for taxes in the amount of $2970. Plain white envelope, no return mailing address as well as a fake BBB (better business bureau) logo on the letter. Obvious scam.
