My investing experience with these people has not been good. In Feb 2008 I purchased two AAA real estate investment products totaling over 40K CDN.
The AAA products are supposed to be of the highest quality enabling a possible doubling of your investment in 3-6 months. If the investment does not pay out within a year you may renew for another year in the hopes of doubling your money or you can exit the investment with your original investment plus 12.5% interest. I was told in Aug 2008 that they were a couple of months behind. Early this year I was told the doubling would not happen until maybe late summer so I decided on the cash out option after the one year anniversary. They told me I would receive my money within 60 days. After 60 days I still had not heard from them so I contacted them and they gave me yet another new story and that they had known for 3 weeks there was another delay returning my funds and that it may be mid June before I see my money. I asked them how they were going to compensate me for the delay in returning what they owe me. They have not replied as of yet so I have hired legal counsel to recover my money. I have documentation to prove all of what I have indicated.
