Id-Tel was a nightmare for anyone who used their credit/debit card processing services. they overcharged me every month and did not refund a nonfunctional terminal purchased from them.
The worst ever customer/technical support. No one in the company including the owner (Eric Rioux-one of them) knew what was going on. He promised me the refunds and disappeared.
Id-Tel still owes me approx. $3000.
