He manipulates banking and loan documentation and relocates funds to his other projects or funnels to his family. You will never get a straight answer. He is being pursued by a number of groups, both individuals and banks that have lost funds directly as a result of his immoral and illegal actions. He doesn't care.
He has involved his wife and son in the businesses.
He will say anything to buy time or avoid dealing with an issue openly. Behind the scene he is cunning and strategizing how to separate the issue and the funds into a new company.
