Gateway Evaluation Service
Mystery Shopper Assignment - Check cashing/Moneygram Scam

I received the same documentation in the mail as reported by others in the complaint, after signing up online to become a mystery shopper. A letter with instructions for my "probationer training assignment, " to cash the enclosed $990 check, deduct my training pay and service charge, then send $870 to a fake relative in Canada with the same last name as mine via MoneyGram. Red flags were going up in my mind so I decided to research what I could to verify if this was valid.

I want to thank all of the consumers on the complaint for their postings, which were proof positive to me that this is a scam. I am now a registered member and will do my best to post any false findings that I come across.

Thank you fellow consumers for helping me to avoid getting ripped off by this scam!!!
