James MacPherson of Mintz and Partners and his cohorts, Hartley Bricks, Larry Humphrey of Diegem Jewelers in Alberta, Canada, and Mark and Tracey Lickman of KeyBiz Tactics Corporation in Welland, Ontario, Canada initially asked me and many people like me to send money to bankrupt a company by the name of Entrepreneur Expansion Corp. They promised we would get lots of money back! ALL LIES!!
Many of us sent thousands of dollars of our hard earned money to Mintz and Partners Limited and now NO ONE will not return our phone calls and we've got NOTHING!! The last email we had from Hartley Bricks (more than 2 years ago) is that he "CONSUMED OUR MONEY IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE", but he won't provide ANY details about where our money went, who got it and how Hartley Bricks and his thieves spent it.
Hartley Bricks, Larry Humphrey, Mark and Tracey Lickman you are a bunch of liars, cheaters and thieves! You need to be in JAIL!
NOW Mintz and Partners Limited and Hartley Bricks ADMITS, in court testimony, to selling our ATMs and our locations to KeyBiz Tactics Corporation for $50, 000.00!
Larry Humphrey and his bunch of Diegem cowards are nowhere to be found. They took our money, our ATMs, our location contracts and ran.
There is
Over $120, 000.00 in money sent to Hartley Bricks that is unaccounted for,
Over 400 locations Hartley Bricks says he sold to KeyBiz Tactics Corporation,
Over 400 ATM machines that Hartley "threw into his scam" with the KeyBiz Tactics Corporation Theft.
I am told and I believe Mintz and Partners Limited and Keybiz Tactics Corporation have harmed so many people this may be the biggest fraud in Canadian history...$50, 000.00 for 400 people's ATM machines and 400 locations AND ALL the money that those machines produce! I paid more than $50, 000.00 just for my ATMs and my locations (which you stole from me)... what about all those other people you have hurt? Check it out... that's $125.00 each ATM machine in a location?! Tell it to the judge when he is throwing you in jail, you lying cheats.
ALL this happened under the watchful thieving eyes of Hartley Bricks, Larry Humphrey, Mark and Tracey Lickman and Key Biz Tactics Corporation.
You are ALL so full of crap!
OUR SOLUTION IS SIMPLE: Make good and give EVERYONE THEIR MONEY BACK.
None of us gave you the right to sell our assets! Give us our money back or go to jail!
We have affidavits stating Hartley Bricks, Sam Babe and Steven Graff (His liars/lawyers) told people to break into our ATM machines and take our money. How do the Authorities let these guys away with this this?!
We went so far as to email and call John Everett of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy. No response from him either.
Don't be fooled by these scam artists!
I am told Bill Lougheed and 2 others went to Mintz and Partners offices to get some answers for us and I am also told (and I do believe) all 3 of those individuals were forcibly confined and falsely imprisoned. What's that all about? I saw the doctor reports... Man you Mintz and Parnters guys are a piece of work. You think you can get away with any thing?
Hartley Bricks, Sam Babe and Steven Graff (His lawyers) are supposed to be trustworthy "Officers of the Court". Don't believe them! ALL LIES!! Hartley Bricks, Sam Babe and Steven Graff are liars, cheaters, cowards and thieves. They prey on those who don't have enough money to fight it out in the courts. They need to be disbarred, their licenses revoked and thrown in Jail.
