Apacer Lending
Apacer Lending DON'T SEND THEM A DIME THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I found out about Apacer Lending and thought I had done my homework. I researched them, saw a report on this site and then contacted them to see what they had to say.

They told me that it was a disgruntled customer that had used fraudulent info to procure a loan, and that now, that person was trying to make sure that no one else dealt with the company because she was mad at them. I did more research and found that one person said on this site, that they had received a loan and everything was legit.

I sent them my collateral payment of $2500. I was told that everything was fine and that I would receive my money between 3 and 5 the next day. It did not appear, so I called back, at which time I was told that because of our credit the lender wanted us to have insurance on the loan. We would have to pay another $850 for that. We scrounged up the money from friends and family and sent it to them via moneygram on Friday morning. I called them and asked when the money would be coming now? I was told between 3 and 5 that same afternoon. It did not show up so I called back and was then told by midnight that night. It wasn't in there the next morning so I tried to call back on Saturday. Both numbers that I had were busy all day Saturday and all day Monday. I finally got through on Tuesday and was told that the Lender wanted us to pay the taxes another $750. At this point we were damned if we did and damned if we didn't. We desperately needed the loan to pay back all the people we had borrowed from so we went ahead and sent the money.

We were told it would be in our account by midnight that night. The next day it still was not in and I called back. I was then told between the infamous hours of 3 and 5. It still was not in. I called back and was then told that despite all of the company's efforts the lender had changed their mind and no longer wanted to deal with us. They would be processing our refund and putting a rush on it so that I would have it back by Today (Friday July 6Th) I called yesterday and spoke to Brent Simmons (a Supervisor) and was told that they had tried to send it out rush, but they weren't able to. So I was told it would be 10 to 15 days.

I told him it sounded like another excuse in a long list of excuses that I had heard from his company. He then told me that my refund was indeed on the way, and if it didn't arrive in 15 days I should call back and they would cancel the certified cheque in the original refund and resend it.

I am out $4200 in total between them and fees to send moneygrams. Please I beg of you don't trust these people and don't send them any of your money. I am afraid you will never see it again.

As it is now, we are going to lose our house and have to declare bankruptcy because of these JERKS!

I really don't want anyone else to have to end up like us.

Contact the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) and give them the information you have on this company and how much they have stolen from you. They have a task force to deal with online Loan scammers operating out of Canada.

Some of the names of People that I dealt with are as follows:

Avis Jones, Brent Simmons (supervisor). Susan (supervisor), Barbara, Jessica, Rebecca, and Tara all from the Accounting Department. I sent the money in care of Joseph Faulkner (Supposed Chief Financial Officer) and William Rosenburg (President of Apacer Lending)

I hope this information helps others to not send these fraudsters and more money and to get back what you may have already sent.
