My husband and i applied for a loan with this company 2 years ago. the loan was for a surgical procedure ubcovered by my insurance.
i applied and was told i would recieve the loan. then i was told that i had to pay loan insurance. i have heard of mortgage insurance so at the time i believed it was alright. i needed to have the procedure and was so happy they were going to help. the woman i spoke with was very nice (and calling from a california number by the way) and assured me that it wasnt a problem because i would have the money in my account in two days.
i called for the status the morning of my procedure and the funds were not there. i called canasa and they told me they sent the funds and that the account would show it within a few hours so i should go ahead with the procedure, they even spoke with my docs office manager telling her that she could take my check and deposit it the next day.
i never got the money and a week later the doctor sent a detective to my house, i was sued and it caused me serious trouble. i got out of it because the office manager neglected to tell the doc about the call but thats not the point. the point is they knew . i spoke to canasa everyday and told them what happened iwas never rude or angry. i always find that once you behave in a hostile manner you get nothing. after a few weeks i called and cried i asked if they realized when they pay their bills the money they use came out of my childs mouth.
i was not mean or rude as i said he assured me that was not the case. i said that i would give them another week. they finally changed the numbers and would not return my calls when i informed him my grandfather is an fbi agent and i was going to see what he could do. he told mne he did not diserve to be harrassed and i laughed at him and said i would rather be harrassed then be sued and taken advantage of.
i know that they have a spin for all this. i am sure they can come up with half cocked reasons and comments, but nothing will answer why 2 years ago i paid TWENTY NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS in case you didnt get that TWENTY NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS, and recieved nothing. i would have felt better if they laughed and said hahaha idiot you should be smarter next time. at least then they arent calling me dumb at least with that response i am not being faulted for being neive.
if canasa responds do me a favor respond without words give a number, a true address i promise you if it takes 10 years i will locate the people behind that made up shell you call a company, i am pretty sure its 3 people in a house with multi extensions, you pay a couple telemarketers as routers in the states. but you will be held accountable. i dont need money, but if i ruined christmas for the next ten generations of your families it would be fine with me because then they would know how proud of daddy they should be. i would say you should be ashamed but its useless because you have no soul or morals and the sentiment would be wasted, so i dont really care if you feel bad or not but wiht remorse or without you will be made accountable, please respond but with numbers or a check
