DE-LOTTO NETHERLANDS SWEEPSTAKES LOTTERY, YOU HAVE WON $250, 000 Toronto

We received a letter stating that we won $250, 000 in a sweepstakes. We were sent a check for $4, 700 and out of that we had to pay $2, 700 for taxes to be sent either Western Union or Moneygram. We were told that after the taxes had been paid then the rest of the money would be fedexed to us. We never received a check.
