EEC Entrepreneur Expansion, Bill Lougheed Stephen Offman
EEC Entrepreneur Expansion Bill Lougheed Stephen Offman proceeding to arbitration after great delays Ripoff

In March 2004 I gave funds for $12, 500 for an ETM that was soon to be installed in the John Labatt Centre in London, Ontario, Canada. This was after being told in front of a group of approximately 30 people at an EEC presentation in the Delta Hotel in London that Entrepreneur Expansion Corp. just that night got the deal to put ETMs in the John Labatt Centre.

Verbally and in the contract I wanted and it was put in that the only location I wanted was the JLC.

Finally in October 2004 after being infinitely patient I talk to Hector Morrison-Director of Finance for the JLC and he tells me that the JLC never had a deal with EEC although they were given a presentation by EEC. I am infuriated at this time because I was given misinformation before and during and after the time I went into contract with EEC and gave $12, 500 down.

I contact Mr. Lougheed who signed the contract with me. He will not give me my money back and suggests alternate locations. I say no. You can't give me what was contracted therefore I want everything returned (my money back) to its original state of affairs before I ever even heard of EEC. He did not want to do this which brings us to the current state of affairs involving lawyers and arbitrators.

I am currently having this case brought before an arbitrator. Word to the wise: All contracts with arbitration clauses are legally looked at as 2 separate contracts. Even with a potentially illegal contract you can not take it to court without going to an arbitrator first as it would most likely be thown out and back to an arbitator. Arbitration is probably the best way to go when you consider time and expense.

I am looking for others who were involved in the John Labatt Centre Presentation or signed up to put ETMs there.
My number is five one nine eight seven five three three five two.

And to Mr. Lougheed: When you read this understand this: Do not do unto others what you would not want done to yourself. This is not about a little bit of money. This $12, 500 is like the lost sheep to me.

"What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which is lost. Luke 15:4-7. I will get my lost sheep or never stop trying. I am a young man with a long memory.
