Consumer rip-off fraud

They solicited me over the phone saying that I had applied for one of their credit cards. I, of coarse, did not remember doing so because I don't ever use credit cards. Then they said that my husband had done it, so I thought maybe he had and didn't tell me.

Well, long story short, they debited the processing fee from my account and never sent the cards. Everytime we tried to call we would get an answering system. Then, one day we did get ahold of them and some Jamaican lady came on and got pissy, then hung up on us.

We got our phone bill and found out that the number we have been calling is in Toronto, Canada. That didn't make me happy. We are still trying to get ahold of them.
