I used my magicjack for 4 months then i had an issue with my headset. Magicjack sent me another unit that was going to be billed if i did not return the original one. Anyways the problem was the headphones not the jack.

Returned it and received confirmation the other day that they received it.

Yesterday Jan.4/10 I plugged in my magic jack and it stated we have an up date for you, Wait till finished.

That was the operative word finished! It upgraded and after 3 hours in total with there csr's. They are certain my problem is that I use Nero for burning disks on my computer, And that nero is not compatible with Tragicjack.

Well I said that's funny I have been using it for 4 month's with Nero on my desktop and had no problem till you started your up grade?

This was ignored as was my request for a new Tragicjack.

They had a great idea with this. And his proud daughter got sucked in to. I hope this helps put a dent in sales of

TRAGICJACK!!!
