Efusing to acknowledge payment, increasing rates of interest and rude customer services

Citimastercard agreed to change our date when our payment would be due. Now they have changed the date again but this time without any permission from us the card holder. Then they dare to say we increase your rate b/c you are paying late. Besides we received a letter from CITImastercard in which they acknowledge the changed date and it states that you can make a payment at any time. SO we did, we paid early, and now they claim that this is not counted towards our monthly payment, and charges us more interest and want well over $400.00 stating that we missed our payment on December the 4th, 2009. We paid well over $1300 in payments in December alone. How can they get away with this. We asked them to look into the issue and convienently nobody replies. When you talk to a rep they all pass the buck and they are very very rude. Where are our rights?? They had no problems getting money from the government but when it omes down to helping a pying customer FORGET IT. Can anyone help with starting a class action lawsuite against this mal practice??!!
