I requested a trial offer of the acai berry cleanse in early June and when it arrived there was no information on the product nor instructions should you wish to cancel or continue with the product. Since that time, my credit card has been charged with approximately $300 canadian. You cannot contact the company. After some length of time they have sent me a bottle of the product (since the trail offer). I have now cancelled my credit card and am disputing the charges. My intent is to return the envelope to the company requesting a credit, etc. however, a little uncertain as to whether they will receive this knowing that their phone number has been disconnected.
This company, in my opinion, is commiting fraud!!
