I agreed to a free 60 day trial, money back gaurantee for the Wu yi tea. Within an hour or so of drinking it I had an allergic reaction to it. I rang the company then and there and explained and cancelled the order. The women I spoke to gave me a set of instruction to return the tea and pills which I followed. I have tracked the parcel and know they received it. They have since taken over £50 out of my account for various eronious reasons and my bank is trying to get the money back. They have now taken more money out of my account for 'web access' (what evere the hell that is supposed to be.) If they take any more money out I will have to close the account as I do not have the funds and will be sent over my overdraft limit, then charged for that too. How do I stand legally? Can I take them to court?
