My wife was charged twice for having her watch links removed to fit her wrist. Instead of measuring how many links needed to be removed, the manager asked my wife how many she wanted removed. Of course my wife never having removed links before guessed 4. Apparently, she needed to have guessed correctly because there needed to have been one more link removed. So because the 5th link needed to be removed, my wife was charged twice for the service. $30 dollars!!! The manager was rude and as I left, she stated "your wife should have bought the watch at this store, we would have removed it for free".
