The customer service is terrible. My package was lost in the mail, apparently never got scanned at the post office. Dollars 4 Gold only insures their packages for 100 dollars not 500 dollars as advertised. Neither the postoffice nor dollars 4 gold will take responsibility for lost items. Their customer service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. They just don't care about their quality of service. DON"T DO IT!!!
