Paid for DVD's and never received. Emailed repeatedly & received no response as email address is "undeliverable"

I ordered a DVD box set & paid via PayPal. Money was taken from my account but I never received the DVDs. I tried contacting them via their email address but the email would be returned stating that email address was "undeliverable". No other means of contact such as phone number.
