I had ordered some of the products through this company on October 10th through paypal. I'm not embarassed by what the product is, and I figured I would try it.
I ordered $170 worth of the product and was expecting delivery withing two weeks (standard shipping). After three weeks I emailed the company and they responded with "Your order should be arriving shortly"
As of mid November, well over a month from my order date, I sent an email requesting to know where my order was or too refund me my money. No reply.
December 4th I sent an email explaining that I was no longer interested in the product and just wanted my money back. Still no reply. I tried filling a dispute through paypal but you cant file after 45 days from the order.
I've sent my bank a request to cancel that charge (just within the past few hours) But dont know if they can.
I strongly suggest that anyone interested in trying out any product of this type avoid this company.
