I recieved a phone call offering me a Visa or MC with the minimum of a $1500 limit up to $3000 max. Also I was offered a package that would include a free cell phone, computer, $500 in grocery coupons, a vacation cruise, and 60% off medical and legal services. Sound to good to be true doesn't it? ...
