Sent draft in amount of $37.83 February 6/02 to purchase TV antenna. No acknowledgement whatsoever. E-mailed them twice and phoned customer service once - no replies to e-mails but customer service said "it's back ordered" after complaining and telling them I get no replies to e-mails. ...
