Wrong Channel Lineup and bad reception

Since Wednesday our reception has been very bad. I called ADCI to correct the problem, but nothing has been done. Then on Thursday we didn't have any channels - just a Bell XpressVU icon bouncing around the tv screen.By Friday, some channels were showing but for the 100 channels I pay for, only a few could be seen properly.By Friday evening I noticed most of the channels were up but when I turned to CITY TV, for example, which should be on Channel 7 according to ADCI's Channel Lineup, The Animal Planet station was in its' place. That got me to look for other familiar stations I like to watch and found none of the Channels match what ADCI's Channel Lineup is supposed to be at. We are now into Saturday and still nothing has been technically corrected. The channels are all mixed up. I can't find any of my shows now. ADCI's message service isn't taking any calls because their voicemail is full. I've never had any problems with this service since using it which is well over 7 years now. I would expect better business then this!
