do not book your vacation with flight centre on 610 robson street, vancouver or with signature vacationsd. the company completely bullshit us and ripped us off completely.
THEY WERE PROMISING OCEAN VIEW ROOMS AND GAVE THEM A FOREST ROOM.
WHEN CUSTOMERS COMPLAINED, THEY WERE SIMPLY IGNORED AND REFUSED TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS

We booked a vacation to mexico several months ago, and the travel agency charged us for an ocean front room.
We paid approximately $700 more than the normal price. As soon as we arrived we ended up getting some room that showed just the forest. This was the so called ocean front view.
They booked us on signature vacations, who said there was nothing they could do becuase the flight centre lied to us about the ocean front rooms
We have sent numerous letters, but they just ignored us.
DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRAVEL WITH FLIGHT CENTRE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEVES AND ONCE YOU PAY THEY WILL NOT EVEN ADDRESS YOUR COMPLAINT
