I went for an eye exam. Dr Daniel Wang checked the results, the tests were done by a clerk/receptionist (I have seen her working at the reception). Once I came to the desk for payments they told me there are some eye drops as well. I paid in full came home, realized there were 4 bottles of eye drops. I opened two bottles, one for my work and one at home. After few days, I realized the drops are uncomfortable for me. Then I went to return the UNOPENED bottles. They refused to give the mony back and kept the bottles asking me to contact manager. I contacted the manager, Valery, never wanted to listened to me. She kept telling that there is no refunds, store credits only. I do not know what to do with the store credits, Definitely I am not going back and my friends will not going back after hearing the incident. These people taking the money from patients using every single effort. Unfortunately as patients (specially eyes) we have to trust them. Is this a right policy not to give the money back for unopened bottles? They took the bottles. They will sell them to someone else. But still I get a STORE CREDIT. What can I buy from a store credit? These professionals are running the business, cheating to us. Very cheap. I trusted them. Here after not a chance. I have proof.
