We attended an information session about this vacation package offer. I like to travel, so we thought we would see what it was all about. We found the option attractive and felt we would use the service and it would give us the financial advantage we wanted.
We paid $3000 down and agreed to pay $3000 in installments over the next year - luckily they screwed up the installments and we only paid about $480.
I tried to contact them by fax, by phone and by internet to take advantage of my free cruise and guess what - THEY CANNOT BE REACHED IN ANY WAY! I am furious. I did use the service once before and probably saved about $1500 on our trip. I sent in another trip plan but didn't hear back from them - that should have been a sign!
If there is a class action suit against these thieves - COUNT ME IN!!!
