I was cancelling my Rogers services in Jun2010 and once I informed them... their customer retention department called me up and offered me a package deal for all the products (Cable, Home Phone, Internet & cell phone) vide reference number - 287109370 and sales person was Francis.
Jun onwards I kept paying my bills online but when I reviewed my bills I found that I have been cheated and the discussed offer doesn’t exist at all. I called up customer care and to my surprise they accepted that they made me offer (I & Rogers both have records of this offer) but they said they cannot honor that offer. The guy I spoke to said that he is the ultimate authority in Rogers.
I am really shocked to hear the Rogers customer care reply. How such a big company can cheat you like this.
Any suggestions to deal it further!!!
