I contacted this store to make custom baseball jerseys for my high school baseball team. After negotiating for a while, we settled on a price of about $1300.
I told the store what I wanted; they said they could do that. I asked them for an artist's rendering of the product before it was made, and they said they would do that as well.
A few weeks went by, and I didn't hear from the company. I called once to ask that a change be made to the design, and was advised that the change wouldn't look good.
One day, a package showed up at my school. When I opened it, the jerseys were inside, and they were wrong. The color did not match the existing pants we had for our uniform, the lettering was too small, and the letters on the front were not in an arch as requested. They sent the finished product without sending an artist's rendering that I could approve.
I contacted the company to let them know of the problem, and they refused to give us our money back. They also refused to fix the problem. All they offered was for us to be able to buy matching pants at cost!!! As if I would buy anything else from them!
I contacted the Better Business Bureau of Canada about the problem, who deemed that the company made an effort to resolve the problem. I still disagree. Now I am stuck with $1300 worth of jerseys that we will never wear. Help!!!
