This company is a HUGE RIP-OFF this month while checking my statment I saw this charge to MYPAYSYTEMS.COM on my statment from my bank. When I saw this I went to their website and it did bring up a site. I called these people to find out how and why they took this money of mine from my private which I thougt was private checking account.
The women was very rude and very short with me. She insisted that I give her my credir card number associated with this charge and I told her I did not apply nor did I recieve a credit card from your company. I thanked her and hung up then turned around and called back this time getting a gentleman on the phone. He was a bit more nicer and looked up the information from some so called file. Keep in mind they are in Canada so who knows where the law comes into play here.
He told me that their was nothing in my so called file and asked my to fax over a copy of my statement with these bullshit charges and that they would work on giving me a refund. He told me that I was charged by a physician for an over the phone consultation which need I say never happend. I am 41 years old and have yet ever known of anyone that could go to the doctor's office over the phone.
What's even worse is I called my bank and they told me they could not call these people at MYPAYSYSTEMS.COM to research the fraudulant charges and that I would have to come to the bank and fill out paper work and could take up to 3-4 months to get this resolved. How did these RIP-OFF con scammers get passed these so called fool proof fire walls??? hackers I would think. none the less my bank let them have the money and they don't seem very interested in helping me.
If my bank does not I will be reporting thim as well at canada-complaints.com when your money is not safe in a bank and almost anyone can get your information and it being from outside the United States then we are all headed for a melt down. Why and how do these FRAUDULENT COMPANIES THAT DON'T EXSIST get your money from the so called YOUR SAFE WITH US BANK? and never go to jail or get caught!! and someone like me that is 100% disabled on fixed income would go straight to jail if I tried this.
This is pure bullshit and I will say it again it is PURE BULLSHIT. Whats even worse is while I cannot make my monthly payments because I was RIPPED-OFF I have to suffer to the mercy of the bank and hope I get it back. STAY AWAY FROM (MYPAYSYSTEMS.COM) and be sure to look at your monthly statments from your bank to catch this. Looks like Banks are not even safe now when a man in a suite can still more money than any man with a gun.
