Portfolio Conversion International aka PCI aka Nedalia aka Crown Equity is a Scam organization headed by a man named Diko Katcherian. Their scheme is to sell investors low value gemstones as investments.
The basic operation works as a shell game which encourages the investor to quickly trade up for more expensive stones. Typically there is a promise of an auction or some other type of big event which will allow the investor to sell the gemstones at big profits. In reality the big events are first delayed numerous times and then either never occur or are farcical. Their website highlights an auction held in Las Vegas several years ago - the auction did occur, but not a single stone was sold. The only attendees were the investors.
PCI claims to be willing to provide a guarantee and provide refunds but I recieved a series of partial refunds and all but one check bounced. This business and its related web are currently under investigation by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Diko himself has served jail time in the past on drug charges. British television has highlighted this operation on both sides of the Atlantic as part of a continuing BBC report. I have attached a report from the UK on PCI and associated business:

This address that my lawyer visited is actually a broom closet & no longer exists. This company is registered in the name of Dikran Khatcherian. He is shown as the sole owner. He also owns half of Nedalia as above.

This ties the two scam fraud Spanish companies Windsor Cairns & Nedalia Galleries together. This website was designed and paid for by the true principles of this conmen gang.
