Diko Khatcherian offered a partnership in a jewelry piece that was to be sold to the Saudi Arabian royal family. This included trade in loose gemstones and cash. After five years and much telephone communication, Diko and his company disappeared. I have reported this to the RCMP.

The RCMP are satisfied that he is no longer operating and are no pursueing prosecuiton
