This is a scam

They mail you a check telling you that you are a winner in a shoppers lottery. But they tell you not to cash the "check" until you speak to their "claim agent" The claim agent tells you to pay a $2900 "government bond fee" (with your $) via western union before you can cash the check. The check will turn out to be no good but I never got that far.

Don't make the mistake of going for this one!
