Inferior bouquet sent - wrong date - Ottaw

Ordered the "traditional Basket" to be delivered to a funeral Nov 1, 08 which arrived a day early, consequently received by wrong person, who did not recognize it was flowers from the small package.

The flowers were inferior to the description given, (smaller and wilted)

I was told I had not taken a picture, to confrim my complaint, so could not give me a credit. I was offered a 15% discount for my next order, needless to say that would not happen.
