I ordered a dvd collection from this company on 11/7/2007 and received a e-mail stating it was to be shipped on 11/10/2007 with delivery by 11/20 -11/23/2007 it never came iv tryed to con tact this company but got nothing. i have diisputed this bill with my credit card co. and the consumer affairs agency in my state
