If you really want "Peace of Mind" moving... I'd say after the experience I am having with this company... Do-It-Yourself! If you expect to receive service, and at this point... even see your things again, beware of this company. I have been waiting for over one month now for my things to be moved to our home... one month. I wonder why they can breach the contract... but will expect to be paid if and when they do show up. I believe its time moving companies should be made more accountable to the public.
If you are planning on moving... please do your research, get references, check the CAW website, Consumer Protection Agency. Do not trust the yellow page advertising or even local offices to give you the right answers... this is a franchise that does not seem to care about their reputation and most of all... the customer. You will most likely get "that's not our responsiblity... after you have signed a contract! Take the customer away and businesses like this will eventually go away... but we have to take action to make this happen.
