Sent us a check, claiming it is partial payment of prize winnings

My wife received a letter similar to others that are posted on this site. Only difference is the amount of check: $2970.00, and the Agent name: Cindy Lee

My suggestion to those receiving such letters: Contact the US Postal Inspectors. I am planning on doing just that tomorrow. This is a clear case of MAIL FRAUD. Postal Inspectors do a good job with such issues.
