Wow where do I begin? This goes out to everyone at Xentel/management!!! I was too a manager once upon a time ago!! First off i am a female, so of course i got pushed around! I was taken on different events with reputiable clients many times and was always offered to stay in a hotel so I dont trek all the way home!!! Just when i thought it was safe to go to bed (Knock, knock/bang) Orazio Puglia, branch manager knocking at my door!! The room was under his name so he had a key to get in!!! He tried everything, from asking for oral to just plain having sex!!! I never ever lead him on and refused him every single time!!!
Now to find out I no longer have a job at Xentel? What happend to all those promises, they went down the drain! Did I have to sleep with him to get ahead? All that blood sweat n tears, juice n fire? Now I have to fight for whats right!! This is becoming a pattern I see for many females at xentel!! Just to add this in, he is fully married!!! Tried to cut my pay and became so to say a total dick!! However you can tell who he got in bed at the office, they are still there and making lots of dough! I honestly feel bad for all the sales reps on the phones, especially those ones who think they will make it to the top!! You are just wasting your time, I was all that I could be, but apparently it wasn't good enough!
He'll treat you like a queen and give you everything you want just to play the role! Dont have sex with him, lots of women have been victimized by him, he simply doesn't care about anything except his needs!! Jeff or platz i sincerly hope you read this and do a serious investigation on this creature and the office he runs! Without those sales reps that he treats like shit he wouldn't be sitting in that office!! This is being investigated and for everyone else who wants to earn fast cash on the phones it's fine but don't get too deep and believe in him, your dreams will too be shatered and the true Orazio will shine!
