Ripoff, con artist, thief, unethical poodle breeder - steals your deposit money and does not supply goods, tries to sell dogs she can't even prove are her own

On June 28th I put a deposit, $500 CAD mailed by Canadian Postal Money Order, on a teacup poodle at Carnmoney Toy Poodles in Calgary, Alberta, and Blackfoot, Idaho.

Immediately after she received my deposit, she said the pup's mother had hung herself and she was unwilling to release the pup.

She offered me another pup as a substitute that was already 3 months old but was unable to offer any background information on this dog whatsoever or any documentation of any kind to prove that this substitute dog even existed or was indeed hers to sell.

When I said I would wait to receive information re parents and pedigrees, and in fact I would make a trip in person to see the dogs, she suggested I take my deposit of $500 back (the total price was $2, 000 U.S.)

I agreed to take back my deposit, however I have not been successful in getting her to return it. She has a lot of talk about returning it, but sends no cash.

I have all necessary documentation to support my claim and also have found others with similar experiences with this woman.
