As a former employee who worked for this company fondly called U-hell I can tell you that every employee I ever worked with started out with the best of intentions only wanting to serve the customer. This also includes the dealer network.
I have personally had to dismiss staff who said that there were no trucks available when we all kwew that they were correct. The independent dealers are basicaly sucked into this web of deceit with promises of unlimited earning potential with little or no money down. What I would like to bring to all of your attention is your deposit refunds - MAKE SURE YOU GET THEM BACK!!
Uhaul counts on a lot of extra income from unreturned deposits. Please take away this unearned source of income from them. To all Canadian customers if you have a complaint about this band of jakels here is name to complain to Claude Boucher he is the Area District Vice President for Canada and is based out of Montreal. This position is as high as it gets in this company. You might as well be able to go right to the top.
