I orderded a fibre optic snowman and 2 bras on Jan7, 2003 and in spite of numerous requests to them, I have not received my order or a refund.
Today is Mar. 24, 2003, Isn't that long enough?
The total ($74.90) was charged to my credit at the time of purchase.
What a shameful way to treat a customer!
